MANTRA STUDIO KITCHEN + BAR provides premium restaurant/café and live music events in a beautifully restored warehouse located at 10 A Campbell Street, Yarraville Victoria 3013.

These terms relate to the conditions surrounding use of our online booking service for café/restaurant and music events.

Pre-Condition to Use: Do not use this booking service unless you have read these terms, and accept that they will govern your right to use and access our website and all the documents, links and information contained on it.

Amendment of Terms: Mantra Studio Kitchen + Bar (“MSKB”) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time and those changes shall take effect in respect of all subsequent uses by you of the website. You should therefore check these terms every time before you use the websites on line booking service.

Links To Other Websites: MSKB has provided on its website links to other websites and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between MSKB and the owners of those websites. MSKB takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites. MSKB website may contain information provided by third parties. MSKB accepts no responsibility whatsoever for information or advice provided to you directly by third parties.

Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth): MSKB provides all of the Consumer Guarantees contained in the Competition and Consumer Act to the extent to which they apply to this agreement between you and MSKB but not otherwise. Nothing in these standard terms and conditions are intended to exclude any applicable Consumer Guarantees. Where the Consumer Guarantees do apply and there has been a breach of any of those Consumer Guarantees then MSKB relies on Section 64A of the Competition and Consumer Act. In that respect, MSKB liability to you for any breach of a Consumer Guarantee is limited to: -

(i) Where there is a supply of goods, to the replacement or resupply of equivalent goods, or the payment to you of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.

(ii) Where there is a supply of services, to the supply to you of the services again or the payment of the costs of having the services supplied to you again.

Express Disclaimers: Subject to the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and to the fullest extent permitted by law, MSKB absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. The applicable law in your state of territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties and in that event, those exclusions do not apply and shall be deemed excised from these standard terms.

Your Privacy: MSKB respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Software: Any software that is made available to download from this website ("Software") is the copyrighted work of “MSKB”, its affiliates, and/or their suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies, or is included with, the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.

For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, MSKB. hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and for no other purpose.

Please note that all Software, including, without limitation, all HTML code and Active X controls contained on this website, is owned by MSKB, its affiliates, and/or their suppliers, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.


Conditions of use for discount codes

Discount codes ("Coupons") may be applied to pre-paid music/restaurant bookings,

Only one Coupon per booking may be used. Usual booking terms and conditions apply and all bookings are subject to availability. Coupons cannot be sold or transferred.

All taxes, fees, charges, and surcharges are applicable to bookings made using Coupons. These charges must be paid at the time of the reservation or directly at the venue and are your responsibility. Coupons have value only when redeemed in accordance with all terms and conditions of the offer. Coupons cannot be returned for cash or its equivalent.

Single-use Coupons will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and will not be returned or replaced and there will be no refund if a Coupon is redeemed in part. Multiple-use Coupons will be deemed fully used in accordance with the restrictions set out in the individual Coupon terms and conditions.

MSKB may disclose information in good faith and where MSKB is required to do so:

(i) by law or by any court;

(ii) to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements;

(iii) to protect the rights, property or safety of MSKB, its customers or third parties; or

(iv) to banks or financial institutions with the purpose of preventing fraud and as proof of any transaction.

Jurisdiction: This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Australia and any applicable state. If there is a dispute between you and MSKB that results in litigation then you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Australia or the relevant state.

To Secure a Reservation, full payment of the admission ticket (for Music Events with Dinner and/or Music Events) will be required. As a seat will be allocated upon acceptance of the booking, NO REFUND will be available or applied. You must be certain therefore that you commit to payment of the event in full upon booking. Transfer of the ticket to another person may be undertaken by you providing MSKB has been contacted and approved the transfer. The venue manager has authority to approve such a transfer.

To Secure a Reservation in the restaurant/café, a deposit of by credit card or Eftpos will be required in accordance with these terms, and, the balance must be paid at the conclusion of service of the meals and beverage. Please note that your booking maybe at a Bar, or shared table (communal seating), unless otherwise specified. Because we do not want anyone to miss out unnecessarily, we do require a credit card to secure the booking on FRIDAY or SATURDAY nights. We will not charge you unless you cancel after 11.00.a.m. on the day of the booking and ONLY if we are unable to rebook your table in which case we will charge $40.00 per person.

Copyright And Restriction of Use: You are not permitted to reproduce, information or materials on the MSKB website for the purposes of conducting a business competitive with or similar to the business of MSKB.

Trademarks and Restriction of Use: You are not permitted to use any trademarks, tradenames, graphics or designs that are on MSKB website. If you breach MSKB trademarks then MSKB reserve the right to take action against you.

Whole Agreement: These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and MSKB concerning your use and access to MSKB website and your use and access to the booking system and information on it. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms except those implied by statute and which cannot be expressly excluded are hereby expressly excluded.

Exclusion of Unenforceable Terms: Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed excision of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.
